- To promote the reputation and image of Singapore Polytechnic, its alumni and polytechnic education in general.
- To promote close ties and a mutually beneficial relationship between Singapore Polytechnic and its Schools and their alumni.
- To promote close ties and collaboration with SPGG and other alumni groups. To assist in fund raising projects for the School's needy students.
