Hair salons, optical shops may fall into grey area of what’s considered essential

Ms Lim Xiu Ru, a lecturer at SP’s School of Business opined that there could be possible cuts on the retail business front to remove businesses that may not be essential. These could include hair salons, optical shops and laundry services.
